Responsibilities
- Assist in framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic appeal
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans accurately
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, and roofing work as needed on-site
- Install fixtures, siding, doors, cabinets, flooring, tile, and other finishing elements with precision
- Support water damage restoration, mold remediation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and general restoration efforts
- Conduct heavy lifting and material handling to ensure timely project progress while maintaining safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of carpentry disciplines such as trim, frame, metal stud framing, and woodworking
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and ability to read blueprints or schematics accurately
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, roofing, siding installation, and flooring is a plus
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or water damage remediation is advantageous
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship throughout all phases of construction projects
