Interior Architecture PM - The candidate should be proficient in taking a project from space planning through production (autocad) while coordinating with consultants such as MEP engineers , kitchen planners, and sometimes structural engineers.
Jones Baker is a boutique Interior Design & Architecture studio looking to add to our team. We specialize in food & beverage venues. As a design oriented firm, the majority of our work is in the food & beverage (F&B) sector - restaurants, bars, nightclubs, entertainment venues, cafes, coffee shops, and lounges. The projects are primarily interior finish outs - first time or major remodels.
Candidates should have at a min. an undergraduate degree in Architecture or Interior Design with 5 years experience preferably in the F&B sector, good communications skills and a proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Word.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
