Overview
Join our team as a Service Technician or Installer/helper and become a vital part of maintaining and optimizing residential and light commercial equipment. In this role you will install and perform maintenance and troubleshoot systems. Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on hvac systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Repair or replace mechanical components using brazing, precision measuring instruments, and field service techniques.
- Assist with technical sales support by providing expert advice on equipment operation and maintenance solutions to customers.
- Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with industry standards including HVAC/R regulations, electrical codes, and high voltage safety protocols.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to troubleshoot complex systems efficiently.
- Support training initiatives for team members on new equipment or maintenance procedures to foster continuous improvement.
Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
