Jones Advisory Group, a growing wealth planning firm in Topeka, is looking for a client-focused, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Service Specialist. This key role supports our advisors and enhances the client experience through high-quality service, organization, and communication.
Role Summary:
The Client Service Specialist provides administrative and operational support, manages client service tasks, and helps ensure efficient onboarding and account processing. This person works closely with our Client Service Manager and advisors to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.
Core Responsibilities:
- Process new business for investment, annuity, and insurance accounts
- Maintain and update CRM (Redtail) with accurate client data and communication notes
- Respond to client service requests: reallocations, address/beneficiary changes, forms, etc.
- Assist in preparing and delivering reports, onboarding packets, and client updates
- Provide friendly, timely communication via phone, email, and in person
- Support firm reporting, lead tracking, and data analysis projects
- Perform general clerical tasks: scanning, filing, sorting mail, managing documents
Qualifications:
- Required: 2 years in a professional office, excellent communication skills, MS Office proficiency
- Preferred: Financial services experience, Redtail CRM knowledge, background in marketing or events
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM–1 PM (occasional evenings)
