We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Data Assistant to join our team at JONATHAN Y. This role supports the Product Development team by maintaining accurate product information, specifications, and internal product records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working with large amounts of product data across multiple systems and teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and maintain product specification templates for new and existing product categories and SKU
- Communicate with vendors to obtain product specs, documentations, images and other required product information.
- Collect and review specs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with product images and documentation.
- Assist and respond to internal inquiries related to product specifications, measurements, materials, and other product data if information is missing or unclear.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Product Development or related field preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, focused, inquisitive and meticulous
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
