We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in the Chicagoland market. This role combines retail sales and event-based marketing, working face to face with customers inside high-traffic retail locations and at local events. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, interacting with people, and building your sales career from the ground up, this is a great opportunity to get started.
No prior experience is required. We provide hands-on training, daily coaching, and ongoing mentorship
What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with customers in retail stores and event settings
- Present current promotions and service options in a clear, confident way
- Drive new customer enrollments and hit weekly sales targets
- Build rapport and deliver a strong customer experience
- Answer questions, handle objections, and close sales professionally
- Track customer interactions and sales using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve performance
- Represent client brands with professionalism and energy
