- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Complete and submit new insurance applications.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (or willing to obtain)
