Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain frequent and professional client communication
- Initiate insurance claims and handle related documentation
- Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
- Draft demand packages for settlement negotiations
- Assist attorneys in negotiating settlements
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior legal experience required
- Claims experience preferred
- Medical or customer service experience is a big plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, team player, and must have a sense of humor
- College degree preferred
- Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
