Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Understand and communicate technical specifications of manufactured products
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product information
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Follow up on leads generated by quotes
- Provide legacy product support.
Qualifications
- 4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sales
- Understands manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read technical drawings a plus.
