Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Understand and communicate technical specifications of manufactured products
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product information
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Follow up on leads generated by quotes
• Provide legacy product support.

Qualifications

• 4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sales
• Understands manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read technical drawings a plus.
