The Jon Wayne Academy is San Antonio's premiere HVAC training facility.
Our training program teaches a student everything they need to know to become a qualified entry-level service, maintenance, or installation technician.
If accepted into the training program, you will be hired as a full time employee of Jon Wayne Service Company and paid while you train.
We are currently accepting applications for upcoming classes,
However, class dates are not finalized at this time. Potentially, the next class is projected to start in the summer of 2023.
The class itself is of no charge to you, and is considered on the job training.
The program will allow you to work in the field with our experienced technicians for a portion of time during the week,
and learn in the classroom / lab the other portion of time. We've determined this to be the very best way to learn the trade.
We are looking for individuals who have a strong desire to make the HVAC trade their career, and possibly change their life for the better...
whether you have HVAC experience or not.
We are looking for individuals who have the aptitude to learn the technical side of working on HVAC equipment, as well as a great customer service attitude.
Someone of high moral character who understands taking care of the customer is the top priority.
