Position Overview:
We are looking for a qualified HVAC Service Technician who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and develop effective solutions to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of HVAC systems.
• Respond to service calls and emergency situations promptly, troubleshooting problems and implementing necessary repairs to restore functionality.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to provide technical support, answer questions, and offer recommendations for system improvements.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance tasks, and inventory to ensure accountability and efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times, prioritizing the well-being of clients, colleagues, and the general public.
• Stay informed about advancements in HVAC technology and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized HVAC certification program or apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid HVAC technician license or certification (e.g., EPA 608, NATE) required.
• Proven experience working as an HVAC Service Technician, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
