Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 year
JOB HOURS:45 hours per week,
Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm in office (1572 Main St)
Night and weekend remote check-ins
SALARY: $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Receiving Service Requests: Answering incoming customer calls, emails, or form submissions, which often involves triaging the urgency of the issue (e.g., a burst pipe vs. a leaky faucet).
- Scheduling and Dispatching: Using dispatch management software to schedule appointments and dispatch the right technician for the job based on their skills, availability, and geographic location.
- Communication: Acting as the primary link between customers, field technicians, and management, providing updates, estimated arrival times, and handling conflict resolution.
- Job Tracking & Documentation: Monitoring job progress in real-time, and ensuring all details (customer info, job type, actions taken) are accurately logged for invoicing and record-keeping. Assist with procurement of materials for routine jobs.
- Route Optimization: Planning efficient routes for technicians to minimize travel time and fuel costs.
- After-Hours/Emergency Management: Handling urgent calls outside of normal business hours and coordinating the on-call emergency response team.
- Administrative & Operations: Open and close office building, manage filing, manage company insurance certificates, and organize team lunches and meetings. Coordinate and pull any necessary permits for jobs scheduled and schedule inspections. Manging filing and renewals of all plumbing licenses with municipalities.
- Facilities & Technology: Manage office space, equipment, and supplies.
- Notary Public preferred.
