Job Description
Wolves Basketball is looking for reliable and knowledgeable basketball staff to help run our 3v3 youth tournaments for players in grades 4–8. This role may include refereeing games, keeping score, and assisting with coaching and organization.
Responsibilities
- Officiate 3v3 basketball games
- Keep score and manage game flow
- Assist with organizing teams and rotations
- Help create a positive, competitive environment for players
- Support coaches and ensure smooth tournament operations
Requirements
- Prior basketball experience (playing or coaching required)
- Strong understanding of basic basketball rules
- Ability to communicate clearly with players and staff
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and good energy with kids
Compensation
- $20–$30 per hour (based on experience)
