Shop Manager / Lead Diesel Technician-Heavy Duty Diesel Repair Facility – Immediate Opening
We are a small, independently owned heavy-duty diesel repair facility looking for the right person to lead our operation and grow with us long term. This is not just another management position — this is an opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, build a strong team with the potential to become a future company partner or owner if interested.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on leadership position. The Shop Manager will oversee the entire daily operation of the shop with support and oversight from the owner.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all shop operations from start to finish
- Leading and supervising technicians and staff
- Scheduling and workflow coordination
- Diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty diesel equipment
- Managing repairs, maintenance, and breakdown services
- Communicating with customers and fleet accounts
- Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and correctly
- Overseeing paperwork, estimates, invoicing, and job tracking
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and productive shop environment
- Supporting both in-shop and onsite service operations
