What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Department Phone Operator position at JON HALL CHEVROLET?

Jon Hall Chevrolet has immediate opening for a Service Department Phone Operator , must have good verbal communication and phone skill's. Duties include answering inbound Service Calls, setting appointments or directing calls to the appropriate service person to help the Customer with questions or status of there vehicle while in for service. Also setting online appointments in our system for Customer as well . Multi tasking is a big requirement with good computer skills as well..

WORKING IN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WOULD BE A BIG PLUS FOR THIS POSITION AS WELL.
