Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager that will require travel to projects across the Western US. Job Description
The Project Manager holds overall responsibility for all aspects of projects from job setup through construction activities and terminating at job closeout. The Project Manager is responsible for understanding and managing project scope, safety, schedule, and client relations on their assigned projects. They are responsible for tracking, forecasting, and communicating changes to the budget through budget updates and end of month work in progress reporting. Through coordination with the Superintendent, the PM will organize and manage all the elements involved in construction - labor, temporary and permanent materials, equipment, supplies, utilities, and time. Ultimately, the Project Manager is a leader who needs to focus on positively influencing the success of themselves and others and building other leaders.
