What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time or Full-Time Holistic Wellness PEMF Technician & Operations Assistant position at Jolt PEMF Lab?
JOLT PEMF Lab is seeking an energetic, dependable, and people-focused team member to join us as a Wellness Technician & Operations Assistant. This position combines hands-on client care with administrative and operational support at our Scottsdale locations.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about wellness, enjoys helping people, and can confidently balance client-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Guide clients through customized PEMF and wellness sessions
- Set up, operate, clean, and maintain wellness equipment
- Create a welcoming, professional experience for every client
- Assist with scheduling, check-in, checkout, memberships, and packages
- Respond to client calls, texts, and general questions
- Support client follow-up and relationship building
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment spaces
- Assist with daily operations, administrative projects, inventory, and events
- Help keep both JOLT locations running smoothly and efficiently
The ideal candidate is:
- Friendly, confident, professional, and highly dependable
- Comfortable learning wellness technology and explaining services
- Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Comfortable using scheduling systems, email, text, and basic office technology
- Experienced in wellness, hospitality, fitness, healthcare, customer service, or administration—preferred but not required
Saturday availability is required. Additional weekday availability and the flexibility to work some Saturdays between our Scottsdale–Shea and Scottsdale–Old Town locations are strongly preferred.
Both part-time and full-time candidates will be considered. Training will be provided.
