This is an entry-level position offering hands-on training, long-term stability, and opportunities for advancement in the commercial roofing industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation and repair of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, etc.)
- Load, unload, and move roofing materials, tools, and equipment
- Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment
- Remove old roofing materials and job site debris
- Use basic hand and power tools safely
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Follow directions from supervisors and senior roofing technicians
- Must be willing to travel to job sites (transportation provided)
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials
- Reliable and able to work Monday-Friday
- Basic construction knowledge helpful but not required
- Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow all safety rules and instructions
