Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is a leading commercial roofing contractor serving customers throughout the region. As we continue to grow, we are hiring a dependable Technician Helper to support our roofing technicians on job sites in Allentown, PA and surrounding areas.
This is an entry-level position offering hands-on training, long-term stability, and opportunities for advancement in the commercial roofing industry.
Responsibilities

Assist with installation and repair of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, etc.)

Load, unload, and move roofing materials, tools, and equipment

Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment

Remove old roofing materials and job site debris

Use basic hand and power tools safely

Maintain clean and safe job sites

Follow directions from supervisors and senior roofing technicians

Must be willing to travel to job sites (transportation provided)
Requirements

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials

Reliable and able to work Monday-Friday

Basic construction knowledge helpful but not required

Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn

Ability to follow all safety rules and instructions
