What You'll Do:
- Help patients understand treatment recommendations and feel confident saying “yes” to care.
- Ensure every appointment is confirmed, filled, and aligned with practice goals.
- Build relationships and remember personal details, preferences, and little moments that matter.
- Keep phone interactions warm, memorable, and effective.
- Know what needs to be followed up on each day to keep treatment moving and schedules full.
- Keep with daily trackers and metrics that help your office hit — and exceed — goals.
- Work closely with clinical and admin teams to deliver seamless, high-quality patient care.
Who We're Looking For:
- Has 1 year of dental, customer service, or healthcare admin experience
- Comfortable presenting large or complex treatment plans
- Remembers names, stories, and patient details without effort
- Communicates with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Is comfortable on the phone and enjoys talking to people, and has a long-lasting social battery
- Understands dental insurance and patient financing tools
- Stays organized, accurate, and calm, even when it's busy

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of dental documentation and coding practices
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., OpenDental or CareStack preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Administrative experience

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
