Pay: $20.00–$27.00/hour to start
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 8- and 10-hour shifts available

Flexible Scheduling
From 8- and 10-hour shifts with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. We're open Monday–Saturday from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Paid Training
We'll teach you the skills you need to succeed. Previous junk removal experience isn't required.

What You'll DoJunk Removal & Light Demolition

• Remove non-hazardous household and commercial items and debris.
• Perform heavy and light lifting while following safe lifting practices.
• Assist customers with cleanouts, moves, renovations, and other projects.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Provide friendly, professional service at every job.

Driving & Truck Operations

• Safely operate company vehicles.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Work with your team to maximize truck space and complete jobs efficiently.
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable Colorado laws.

Customer Service

• Represent Jolly Junk professionally in customers' homes and businesses.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers.
• Help create a positive customer experience from arrival through job completion.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to reliably commute to 3205 S. Zuni St., Englewood, CO 80110
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physically demanding tasks

Experience is preferred, but the right attitude and work ethic matter most. Paid training is provided.
