Job Description
Responsible for teaching courses and labs in the Custodial Certificate Program. Extensive knowledge of cleaning practices for hard floor surfaces, carpets and upholstery, general cleaning, sanitation standards, building maintenance, and custodial management - supervision. Must be able to perform maintenance and repair of floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and windows. Must be able to perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs. Must have good communication skills.
Education
High School Diploma/GED required. Associate Degree preferred. 3-5 years industry experience required. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
