FLSA Classification: Non Exempt, Part TimeSalary Range: $15-$16 DOQReports to: Gymnastics SupervisorDate: January 2026 SummaryThe Gymnastics/Tumbling Coach provides positive coaching techniques to allow for the success in each and every athlete. They will instruct participants of various skill levels and age in gymnastics, tumbling, and cheer skill development.Essential DutiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential duties.• Ensure the safety of each athlete • Teach/coach proper form and technique • Implement skill progression and strength progression for proper level development • Provide a positive atmosphere • Ability to spot through skills safely • Ability to coach different age groups (3yrs-18yrs) • Implement curriculum to allow for proper progression on each event • Passion to learn and continue education in the sport of gymnastics, cheer, and tumbling • Encourage and help children build character through motivation • Allow children the ability to thrive through their sport as well as providing a fun HoursPart time with ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.Supervisory responsibilitiesParticipants Work environmentThis position will occur in an indoor, temperature controlled setting. Most work performed is in a busy, close and at times, noisy environment where interruptions prevail.
