Carpenter

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including remodeling, drywall installation, and construction painting. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on construction sites.

Duties

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Perform remodeling tasks including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Execute concrete forming for foundations and other structures as needed.
• Conduct construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.
• Handle water damage restoration tasks to repair and restore affected areas.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by various carpentry tasks.
• Experience with drywall installation and finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with electrical work is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of maintenance person skills for general repairs and maintenance tasks is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
