Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical projects from start to finish in Rock Hill, SC. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a proven track record of managing complex electrical projects safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Review project plans, schedules, and specifications to ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
- Manage project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and progress updates.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of electrical construction management experience.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
- Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation required.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
