Hours of Job
- Full Time - 1st shift
- No weekends or holidays required
Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Processes Accounts Payable invoices.
- Produces Accounts Payable checks.
- Prepares and mails miscellaneous invoicing for Grand Lake Health System for both client related bills and Occupational Health.
- Answers vendor questions regarding payment status of invoices.
- Completes governmental filings for 1099's.
- Provides support to Accounting and Materials Management areas.
- Assists in month end and year end closing.
- Assists in other general accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft applications.
Education/Certifications
- Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
Experience
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable processing.
