Joint Technology Solution (JTS) is currently seeking a Lead for a potential contract to provide administrative services within Adjutant General (AG), Military Personnel Services Division (MPSD), Fort Gordon GA.

Job Summary:

Personnel will provide administrative services to support the Adjutant General (AG), Military Personnel Services Division (MPSD), Fort Gordon GA.– to include processing of reports, input of administrative information, access of military personnel information systems; conducting in-processing of new service members, providing in-briefs to in-processing service members, processing access requests for users, on-site employee in / out processing, processing surveys, and all other administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

The Lead will communicate with the Military Personnel Services Division (MPSD)– Fort Gordon on contract matters and will be responsible for the performance of work on the contract. The Lead will apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance and will have full authority to act on all contract matters relating to daily operations. The Leadwill be available and on site between 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. The PM should also be reachable by phone for coordination of non-standard hours of operations and missions.

The PM will attend, participate in, compile data for, and furnish input to scheduled and unscheduled meetings, conferences, and briefings that relate to the contracted functions and services to provide effective communication and impart necessary information. Meetings include both on-site and off-site meetings, and the frequency may be weekly, monthly, or as otherwise required. Those in attendance may include installation customers; federal, state, and local agencies and their representatives; and other contractors.

The Lead will notify government personnel, in writing, on matters within the scope of the contract which impact the installation, government funds, or satisfactory performance of the contract within one (1) day of the discovery of the matter.

At the time of the occurrence, or receipt of a customer complaint, the complaint will be forwarded to the Lead for resolution. The Lead will provide, in writing, the facts of what took place (who, what happened, where it happened, time it happened), and how they plan on resolving the customer complaint and ensuring that it does not happen again. The problem will be identified as either a systems or employee issue and detail their resolution.

PM personnel will meet with government personnel to review contract performance. Meetings will include a review and analysis of key process indicators, analyses of process deficiencies, and problem resolution. Discussion will include performance as viewed by the government, and problems, if any, being experienced. These meetings will be held weekly during the first 60 calendar days and then move to as needed. The Lead will prepare written minutes of these meetings and keep an electronic recording of these meetings.

All standard operating procedures (SOPs) will be maintained and updated whenever changes are provided by the Department of Defense, Department of the Army, or Department of the Army Commands.

Travel:

In addition to working on Fort Gordon GA, occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, conferences, and trainings at Fort Gillam GA.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree, in the Human Resources field, or another closely related field.
  • Must have 5 years of military personnel management experience in the army with managing staff.
  • Experience managing a contract in similar scope and size.
  • Have understanding of military protocol and precedence for the types of services being provided.
  • Have experience with Federal Government funding process.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Possess organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute multiple projects on time and on budget.
  • Possess interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Possess computer skills – shall be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be able to work with minimum guidance.
  • Must have an active Secret Security clearance.

Pay: $24.74 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:

  • Army personnel S-1 / MPD related: 3 years (Required)

Security clearance:

  • Secret (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
