Management & Program Analyst.

Duties

• Serve as a Cyber Operations Administrative Analyst and lead action officer.
• Develop detailed plans, goals, objectives, and recommendations to resolve substantive problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency of work operation for long-range implementation in assigned program area.
• Conduct studies and analyses to validate capability requirements in accordance with applicable policy and doctrine.
• Monitor the Command's Workflow Management System (WMS) Database at the direction of the CoS to ensure taskers are assigned to the appropriate J7 division for completion.
• Represent the organization during visits with government and industry representatives.
• Participate in strategic planning to improve organizational direction.
• Perform a broad range of civilian and military manning requirements analysis entailing unique problems, creativity, innovative use of techniques, advanced approaches, and/or new technologies.

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information access, and complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph.
• This is a Drug Testing Designated Position. covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program. Incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R and pass urinalysis testing.
• TDY of up to 10% may be required. Incumbent may be required to travel by military and/or commercial aircraft in the performance of assigned tasks.
• The employee may be recalled to duty, may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to work overtime.
• The incumbent must meet NSA personnel security requirements outlined in NSA/CSS Policy 5-1.
• Position is Mission Essential IAW DoDI 3020.42.
• Three year trial/probationary period may be required.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by 1. maintaining operational programs such as developing/refining policies and standards or long-range planning; 2. monitoring organizational taskers/action items to meet external suspense dates; 3. assisting hiring managers and supervisors with personnel action to include; hirings, performance management, and human resource polices.
