The Director of International Toxicology is a key leadership role overseeing the Toxicology Department’s international operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving team excellence, and fostering global and internal collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Toxicology Department’s international operations, define strategic priorities, establish efficient processes, and drive execution for seamless progression.
- Lead staff training, clarify role responsibilities/standards, and ensure team proficiency in relevant SOPs for compliant, efficient operations.
- Manage end-to-end toxicology study progress, review Study Directors’ protocols/reports, oversee experiments, and resolve issues to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with Marketing to support customer engagement, address technical inquiries, share toxicological expertise, and aid market expansion.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration (e.g., QA, Marketing, R&D), establish streamlined workflows, and ensure effective coordination.
- Address QA feedback promptly, implement corrective actions, monitor outcomes, and ensure all research adheres to GLP regulations and internal standards.
- Lead development, revision, and review of the department’s Chinese/English SOPs, conduct regular updates, and ensure alignment with international requirements.

- Ph.D. in Toxicology, Medicine, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 5 years in GLP-compliant drug safety evaluation, with experience as a Study Director and proven team/laboratory management skills.
- Deep toxicology expertise, strong knowledge of pathology, pharmacology, drug metabolism, and veterinary medicine; familiarity with medical/pharmaceutical trends.
- Comprehensive understanding of Chinese/U.S. GLP regulations, proficiency in U.S. FDA certification, and ability to ensure departmental compliance.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong accountability, exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills; adaptability to international scenarios.
- English as a working language with excellent proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
