Duties
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies tailored for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage daily social media activities by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
- Create and edit visually appealing graphics, brochures, flyers, and both short form (i.e., Reels) and long form videos for online marketing.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage insights for content optimization.
- Implement SEO best practices by conducting keyword research to improve content visibility and drive organic traffic to both social media accounts and our website.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost reach and engagement while tracking ROI, including managing and implementing landing pages and email follow ups.
- Coordinate and attend community events both independently and alongside team.
- Identify and pursue strategic speaking opportunities, expos, and networking events to promote firm visibility.
- Coordinate firm booths, promotional materials, and event logistics.
- Build relationships with local businesses, referral partners, and community organizations.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, web analytics (Google Analytics), keyword research, and social listening tools.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of branding strategies, public relations techniques, and digital marketing trends is highly desirable.
