What You'll DoAs the Center Director, you’ll have the unique opportunity to oversee and be accountable for all aspects of the growing Donor Center—driving performance, building a lean and high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional donor experience. You’ll be managing the P&L of a site within a hyper-growth organization, managing the day-to-day while providing critical input to Operations team leadership. Compensation: Up to $100K ($70K - $75K base up to 35% monthly bonus) benefits Travel: 8 weeks of paid training with travel and accommodations providedKey ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations and strategy by planning and optimizing all processes to achieve donor flow, retention, and operational goals.Own and manage the P&L, improve efficiency, and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets.Recruit and develop exceptional team members and foster a culture of growth and accountability.Ensure compliance and safety – uphold all federal, state, local, and company regulations; partner with quality and facilities teams; lead audits and inspections.Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs and make data-driven decisions to guide your team.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education2 years of supervisory or leadership experienceAbility to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periodsAbility to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as neededWho You AreA Growth-Driven Leader – You are self-aware and curious, have integrity, and have a track record of growing strong teams.An Empathetic Communicator – You know how to adapt your communication style to meet different audiences (staff with different styles, donors, Ops leadership); you have strong conflict resolution skills, are even-keeled under pressure, and know how to motivate and inspire others.A Reliable Problem Solver – You take ownership.
