Hampshire Hills is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Event and Corporate Sales Manager to lead revenue growth through innovative event sales and corporate partnerships. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences, connecting businesses, members, and the community through thoughtfully curated events, corporate wellness initiatives, and private functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue through event space, corporate bookings, and private functions
- Prospect, develop, and secure new corporate and private event clients to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and event planners
- Conduct site tours and present proposals and preliminary pricing
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to support catering and event offerings
- Serve as the primary point of contact from initial booking through event completion and follow-up
- Customize event proposals based on client needs, preferences, and budget parameters
- Prepare contracts, coordinate execution, collect deposits, and manage payment timelines
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience throughout all stages of the event lifecycle
- Coordinate with external vendors and support marketing-related event initiatives and outreach
- Represent the organization at networking events, community functions, and industry trade shows
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, corporate sales, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales tracking tools and electronic contract tools (e.g., DocuSign) preferred
- Ability to build effective relationships with corporate clients, community partners, and internal teams
- Knowledge of event planning logistics, including catering, audiovisual and facility coordination
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented approach and strong customer service focus
- Requires sitting, walking, and standing for long periods
- Frequently requires evening/weekend hours
- Lifting up to 30lbs
