Job Purpose:
The Detail Specialist is an important support person for all service and sales operations. You also play a critical role in the new vehicle pre-delivery process by making sure every vehicle is delivered clean and in top condition.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- Assist in the pre-delivery service.
- Conduct paint finish repair and reconditioning when necessary.
- Support the service and sales department operations with clean and finely detailed vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service when necessary.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Dealership's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, lenders and vendors.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
Qualification Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily in a professional manner; must be legally and technically able to safely operate Company and customer-owned vehicles; and must be insurable by Company insurance carrier. Working extended hours, evenings and weekends may be required to achieve goals.

- High school diploma or the equivalent.
