What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist - Part-time, Weekends position at Johnstown Pointe?
As Receptionist you will be responsible for handling the following:
- Tend to all visitors at the front desk during all hours of normal business operations.
- Ensure compliance with all bulletin boards and visitor sign-in logs
- Take all incoming calls to the facility and direct to the appropriate contacts
- Take messages for staff members
- Maintain office supplies and coffee shop supplies according to budget
Specific qualifications include the following:
- Exceptional personality and people skills
- Proficient with computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, and Microsoft office
- Highly outgoing
- Ability to stay organized
- Skills to balance a high-energy work environment and stay on task to complete priorities day to day
