H.F. Lenz Engineering, a nationally recognized consulting firm, is seeking an innovative CADD/Revit Operator to support the electrical system drafting and design for commercial building systems at our headquarters in Johnstown, PA. Candidates will perform 2D and 3D modeling using AutoCAD, Revit and other BIM360 applications. They will perform fundamental drafting techniques for a diverse portfolio of projects related to commercial office buildings, government facilities and data-centers.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for electrical drafting and design for MEP projects, including power distribution, lighting, telecom and security systems.
Set up CADD drawings and Revit models, diagrams and layouts.
Perform fundamental drafting techniques and coordinate with various engineering disciplines.
Collaborate with engineering team members in cross-functional setting to ensure that the design is accurate and that contract responsibilities are met according to client's expectations.
Qualifications:

Ability to meet project deadlines and provide outstanding service to clients.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects.
Ability to work in and foster a team environment with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Associates or Technical Degree in Engineering Technology, CADD or applicable field of study.
0-5 years experience in building system design; electrical/power systems experience is preferred.
Training and/or experience in 2D drafting using AutoCAD is required.
Proficiency in 3D modeling using Revit, Inventor or Solidworks is high preferred.
Proficiency MS Office software applications is required.
Must have the ability to work occasional overtime.
Some travel to project sites may be required.
Must have the ability to obtain security clearances, as necessary.
Must be fully authorized to work in the United States.
