Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and mail distribution
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Assist with light accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial data entry
- Support other departments as needed with clerical and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–2 years of administrative experience
- Some accounting experience or coursework preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
