Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Discover client needs, challenges, and goals to help provide solutions
- Address client inquiries and concerns
- Present products and services to potential clients
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members in marketing, support, and product development
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and showcase the company's products and services
- Travel to meet clients and conduct sales presentations
- Keep updated on industry trends, competitor's activities and market updates

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- College degree preferred
- 2 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of HAVC/building supplies preferred
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency with computers and different software systems required
- Direct sales experience in the business-to-business HVAC/R or similar industry preferred
