Counter Sales Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle incoming calls professionally
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
Process sales orders, returns, and warranties efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized counter area and showroom
Stay current on new products and industry trends
Additional Support
Assist with warehouse or delivery tasks as needed to support branch operations
✔️ Have experience in counter sales or customer service (HVAC/R experience a plus)
✔️ Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Are comfortable working in a team-based environment
✔️ Are proficient with POS systems and basic computer applications
✔️ Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✔️ Can lift up to 75 lbs and assist with occasional physical tasks
