Branch Manager

- Build strong relationships with HVAC contractors and key accounts
- Partner with outside sales to support customer development
- Hire, train, and lead counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams
- Coach employees and build a strong customer-focused culture
- Manage scheduling and branch coverage
- Oversee daily branch operations, safety, and service standards
- Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and product availability
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
- Track KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Resolve customer issues and serve as escalation point when needed
- Support counter operations during peak periods
- 3 years HVAC industry experience (distribution preferred)
- 2 years leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products and contractor needs
- Experience with ERP/POS systems (Eclipse or similar)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support warehouse operations
- Hands-on leader who leads by example
