What You'll Do:

Greet customers in person and over the phone with a positive, professional attitude

Assist multiple customers at once in a fast-paced environment

Answer questions and troubleshoot issues

Enter orders, process payments, returns, and warranties

Prepare and follow up on quotes to drive sales

Recommend additional products and promotions to meet customer needs

Build strong customer relationships and keep the showroom clean and organized
What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems

Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required

HVAC/R or similar industry experience preferred (2 years)
