What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Team Member position at Johnstone Supply and Careers?
Johnstone Supply of Traverse City, a leading wholesaler of HVAC/R products, is seeking a hardworking, organized, team player to join our team in the full time position of Warehouse Team Member.
The primary functions of this position are to accurately pick orders, efficiently receive products to the warehouse from outside sources by using a handheld scanner. This position may also make occasional customer deliveries as needed.
*Assure product availability by putting away products, rotating stock, assisting with stock returns and replenishing primary locations
*File discrepancies and damage claims
*Assist in loading and unloading of delivery and transfer trucks
*Receive products and complete all necessary paperwork
*Ship orders via UPS, delivery truck or other method of shipments
*Deliver products in company truck or vehicle as needed
*Maintain a safe work environment by working in a safe manner, following current safety rules, maintaining equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse/ work area.
Monday- Friday 7:00am- 5:00pm range to be discussed during interview process
