Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for:
- Learning all aspects of the warehouse on a fast track to counter sales
- Utilizing all training resources to learn and maintain proficiency on company products, services, operating procedures and specific computer applications.
- Listening and asking probing questions to properly assess customer needs.
- Providing the best product and/or service solution to solve customer problems.
- Communicating information effectively to other team members.
- Processing customer orders, quotes and other requests promptly and providing follow-up within the timeframe requested by the customer.
- Working with speed, accuracy and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Strong interpersonal skills; effective written and oral communication
- Extroverted, going the extra mile for customers
- Some College Work preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, SharePoint preferred
