Food Production Associate – Frozen Dough Division

Starting Pay: $18-21 per hour depending on experience
Full-Time | Hands-On Training Provided
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
✔ No overnight shifts
✔ Consistent weekday schedule
No prior bakery or food production experience required — we will train the right person.

At Johnston’s Bakery Frozen Dough Division, our team produces high-quality dough products that are baked fresh every day in grocery stores, restaurants, and food-service locations throughout Wisconsin and neighboring states.
Johnston’s Bakery — known as “The Home of the Sheboygan Hard Roll” — has been a respected family-owned business serving the Sheboygan community for over 75 years. As our frozen dough division continues to grow, we are looking for dependable team members to join our clean, climate-controlled production facility.
Each day our team mixes, portions, and packages dough that will become fresh bread and rolls in grocery store bakeries across the Midwest.
What You'll Do
This position supports the daily production of frozen dough products and includes a variety of production tasks such as:
- Packaging finished products
- Operating production equipment
- Loading and operating mixers
- Supporting different steps of the dough production process
- Maintaining a clean and organized production area
All Johnston’s Bakery team members help maintain a facility that exceeds food safety and sanitation standards.
