Key Responsibilities
- Prepare exam rooms for patient visits.
- Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories, vital signs, and current symptoms.
- Administer intramuscular (IM) injections as directed by the provider.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EMR system.
- Ensure exam rooms and clinical areas remain clean, organized, safe, and welcoming.
- Provide professional, compassionate service to every patient.
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical office.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
- A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care.
