Position Overview

We are seeking a professional Cleaning & Organizing Professional to assist with residential cleaning, deep cleaning, home resets, decluttering, and organization projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential maintenance cleaning and deep cleaning services.
• Complete detailed cleaning tasks with care and consistency.
• Assist with decluttering, organizing, and home reset projects.
• Follow client-specific instructions and company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Communicate clearly with management and clients when appropriate.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work.
• Handle clients’ homes, belongings, and personal spaces with respect and discretion.
• Work independently and efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Prior cleaning experience is preferred, but it is not required. We offer paid on-the-job training for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
