Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Effectively leads the day-to-day operation of either the Brat line in the areas of safety, quality and performance.
- Evaluate and coordinate training needs and efforts of production team members required for the current production processes and integrate quality and safety training standards.
- Daily scheduling and effective resource allocation.
- Effectively manage member relations with the team and co-workers.
- Effectively conduct team meetings.
- Complete daily performance reports and shift paperwork.
- Effectively communicate information to members.
- Effectively communicate information to coaches and coordinators
- Be able to create and promote a team environment, manage conflict, and resolve current issues.
- Be a role model to all members.
- Efficiently manage all aspects of safety on the line; address issues with safety immediately and be a safety champion.
- Successfully utilize our SAP business management system to complete federally mandated paperwork and close out production paperwork for the day.
- Maintain 95% floor presence within assigned area.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience
- 1 year experience as a Member of the Brat/Patty line.
- 6 months to 1 year leadership experience.
Skills
- Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated communication and listening skills and ability.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to lead others in a respectful manner that motivates the Team to strive for success.
- Ability to lead by example and involve others in the decision-making process (team player.)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible by adjusting priorities.
- Ability to innovate.
- The ability to rotate shifts and lines may be required.
