What You’ll Be Doing: • Execute product sales strategies and plans through internal collaboration and effective customer relationship management. • Build deep relationships at customer sites; understand market trends, value drivers, and satisfaction levels. • Spend significant time at customer locations, engaging at multiple organizational levels and negotiating effectively. • Apply financial analysis to complex business choices, evaluating short‑ and long‑term impacts. • Translate Voice of the Customer (VOC) into JE’s technology roadmaps, engineering changes, and new product opportunities. • Establish and manage DDP (Discovery Driven Planning) program/volume inputs and track changes throughout the year. • Coordinate CRM activities and plant sales forecast/actuals data for accurate planning and decision‑making. What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business. • 3 years of automotive industry experience. • Experience with electro‑mechanical products. • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
