Johnson & Wilson Real Estate Company is seeking a full-time Business Development Officer to help grow our company through agent recruiting and strategic relationship development.
The primary responsibility of this role is to recruit licensed real estate agents who are aligned with Johnson & Wilson’s boutique brand, professional standards, innovation, community focus, and growth vision. The secondary responsibility is to help identify, recruit, and build relationships with trusted providers and strategic partners who can serve the broader Johnson & Wilson brand, including real estate, construction, title, development, mortgage, training, client services, and related company initiatives.
This is a direct outreach, relationship-building, business development, and recruiting position. It is not primarily a marketing role, an administrative role, a training role, or an ambassador role. While relationships are important, this position requires consistent daily outreach, follow-up, CRM tracking, appointment setting, and measurable results.
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
