Hiker

Johnson Truck Center has an immediate opening for a Service Hiker responsible for picking up vehicles in need of repair, and returning repaired vehicles upon completion. This role may also include occasional delivery of automotive parts.

This position is ideal for experienced drivers seeking a local opportunity with no long-distance travel, allowing you to return home daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport vehicles to and from customer locations

• Pick up vehicles requiring service and return completed units to customers

• Perform road tests to ensure vehicles are functioning properly and repairs meet quality standards

• Deliver automotive parts as needed

• Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and representing the company

• Follow all safety procedures and DOT regulations

Requirements

• Must be 25 years or older
• Must be professional, safe, and courteous in the manner of presenting the company, as well as while driving for the company
• Valid Class A or B CDL
• Ability to drive manual (stick shift) transmissions.
