Job description
The Application Administrator is responsible for supporting the SAP and non-SAP application landscape, focusing on managing the relationship and work between application administrators and data center personnel.
The role would consist of:
- Serving as the primary liaison between the AFS technical teams and the client data center personnel, scheduling and coordinating activities necessary to build and sustain the SAP operation.
- Helping support upgrades, configuration, and maintenance, troubleshooting of the Basis component of the SAP system and associated technologies (e.g. Oracle database).
- Work with Application and Technical teams to solve day to day operations incidents and requests.
- Meet with the client and customer regularly to understand environment usage for the purposes of environment schedule coordination, capacity planning, maintenance activities, patching, upgrades, etc.
